How We Work

Bill 6151/2025 – National Climate Mental Health Policy

Projects

The first initiative of Time to Act Advocacy, Bill 6151/2025 establishes the National Climate Mental Health Policy, creating the National Climate Mental Health System and the Centers for Resilience, Healing, and Community Reconstruction (CRCRC).

The proposal is grounded in listening to impacted territories, dialogue with science, and the power of cultural narratives as drivers of public transformation, positioning Brazil as a global reference by establishing the world’s first National Climate Mental Health Policy.

As part of this initiative, a pilot project will be implemented in Rio Grande do Sul, designed to address the psychosocial impacts of frequent and extreme climate events and later be replicated in other vulnerable regions around the world.

Learn more about the Bill

From narrative to public policy. From cultural impact to structural change.

Time to Act was founded to educate and raise awareness about socio-environmental issues. But given the state of the world today, awareness alone is no longer enough — real change is required. From this understanding emerges Advocacy, our new political and institutional front, dedicated to transforming socio-environmental knowledge, evidence, and narratives into public policies and legal frameworks capable of generating tangible change.

By recognizing the emotional and mobilizing power of our short films as a strong catalyst for engagement, we now combine them with political and institutional advocacy, enabling the implementation of impact-driven projects and legislation that promote real and lasting structural change.
