Network for Resilience, Healing, and Community Reconstruction
Conceived by Time to Act Advocacy, the project addresses the psychosocial crisis caused by extreme climate events, such as the 2024 floods in Rio Grande do Sul. It proposes the creation of a National Climate Mental Health Policy, integrating science, culture, and public action.
As the first initiative of the new Advocacy front, the project exemplifies Time to Act’s approach: transforming socio-environmental knowledge, evidence, and narratives into public policies capable of generating long-term structural change.
